Weekend Trip to Great Falls, MT

On Saturday, we took a trip up to Great Falls, MT to do some Geocaching. On the way, we found some beautiful scenery and countless trails that BEGGED to be rediscovered - but we were on a different mission, as my wife repeatedly pointed out. She's good about keeping us on track!

However, there was one spot where she made the mistake of mentioning that we could get a better view of the countryside if we were up higher. Not too much further down the road, a small trail led up a butte, it made for a good vantage point.

There was also a geocache that would have been a pain to walk to if there hadn't been a convenient little trail off the highway to go down. All in all, we found 65 caches over Saturday and Sunday (22 on Sat, 43 on Sun) and now have a total of 505 overall.

A couple pics...

You can get them all (and more!) at my Flickr. If you can't them there for whatever reason, let me know and I'll send them to you.

Geocaching is the hobby of using multi-million dollar satellites to find Tupperware in the woods. =)
