11 Mile Canyon - CO

Went up to 11 Mile Canyon West of Colorado Springs last weekend just to get away and let the kids fish - not much wheeling, but we did take a few service/forest roads just to get off the beatin' path:

If ever there was a picture of a Commander doing a Captain Morgan pose it was pic #3. Looks awesome up there. 3 weeks until I leave for Colorado.

They were off of 59 as you head South from the resevoir/park - we drove up to Guffey and then hit the side roads on the way back in.
