New to Jeep and Jeep Forum.

Hey everyone,
Just got my self and my family 2006 jeep commander. I love it so far despite the 276,000 miles on her. I havent noticed too many problems that bother me but there is one thing. I havent had the chance to look around the forum for previous threads concerning my issue so if you have, please send me the link and I apologize in advance if I asked a previously asked question. Anyway, I have a really loud "clunk" when I turn my wheel all the way to the left...and again when I start turning it back to the right. I changed the lower ball joints and still "clunks". It only happens when im parked and driving away making a U turn. PLEASE HELP!!!
