My first commander , what to check before buy it?

Hello boys and girls
My name is Mike and i am looking at a 2007 commander with 125k 5.7L
What should i look for ?
What are known issues ?
I am going to see it tomorrow , i will try to research as much as i can today

Welcome to the forum;

For starters, read this;

In addition tot he information in that thread, check for water stains in the headliner - either around the sunroof, or, around the area where the top of the front driver's and front passenger's doors meets the headliner. If water stains are found in these areas of the headliner - they could be caused by leaky sunroof seals, clogged sunroof drains or leaky door seals and/or doors out of alignment.

All of these are common causes of water leaks in Commanders.

I was today to check it and it looks like i am not a commander owner....yet
Whatt i can say is i love the car and i will look for the right one
