Question about Auto High Beam

Hello Forum:

When I bought my Commander a few months ago both high beam bulbs were burnt out. Since I have replaced them
whenever the high beams come on and are on a while the high beam lights seem to dim to the point of it just looking like
regular lights and then they get bright again. It kind of makes driving with the auto high beam option annoying because its brighter
with my fog lights on.
When I turn the option off it will say auto high beams off but then it will start alternating on and off again......
I've turned it off on both the menu and but the high beam switch.
