Greetings from NY

Greetings to everyone!!! I am and have been a Jeep guy for sometime I have owned CJ's, TJ's, and even Libertys But I have never owned a Commander till now, Back in 2009 my best friend bought a low mileage, nicely loaded 2006 Limited, The commander now has 220k on the odometer, the Hemi was replaced at 180k with used motor that had 27k on it and at some point the tranny was rebuilt, The Commander has a few small issues, the 6cd nav radio screen is shot, (any recommendations for a proper fitting replacement under $300.00 would be appreciated), It has a check engine light on but have not ran the code reader on it yet as I won't have it till friday, My current plan for the Commander is to be used to flat tow my TJ to jeep events,
After some maintenence and a new radio I plan to add a small lift kit and some larger tires to match my TJ, Also any suggestions for a decent lift kit would be appreciated.. Thanks to all for any input!!! Will post some pictures after I pick her up this weekend in the meantime I posted some pics of the options list

So I just got back from getting my commander, I drove my TJ the 300+ miles to Long Island to pick it up, I got the Commander up and running (been sitting a few months) Threw the plates on hooked up the tow bar to the TJ and started the trek home.. The Commander towed the Jeep like it was not even there, It did have a slight engine hesitation at around 40 mph that threw a misfire code on cylinder #3, I am planning to do a tune up,seafoam the motor and hope this resolves the misfire.. Any suggestions as to what else might cure the problem or tune up tips (other than the 16 SPARKPLUGS I will need!!!!) Thanks guys!!!

I would say plugs need changing out and inspect the coils for cracks and proper contact with the plugs while they are out.
