2006 Jeep Commander xk 5.7l parts confusion

I am on a slow learning curve with my 2006 Jeep Commander and my expertise with my Jeep is limited, however, I am a quick study.

My heater hose recently sprung a leak. I have identified where and what needs to be repaired and thanks to a thread on this forum what the part actually is. I have found a mechanic who will let me get my own parts, most I've contacted won't, they say for guarantee purposes. My conundrum is finding the correct parts for my vehicle at a reasonable or low price.

I need the Heater Inlet/Outlet hoses, but when I search ebay, they all indicate they are for 4.7L and not the 5.7L. When I search on line, I find these hoses but there are too many options, I can't identify what I need to purchase. I am very nervous about buying the wrong part. I would like to know if someone is willing to help me pinpoint the correct part.

Thanks ahead of time!
