Hello, I bought me a 08 Commander overland 4x4. Ordered: old man hd springs, jba upper control arms, bilstein shocks, and jeepsteel front bumper. Can't wait to get started on it.

Thanks, I will post some pics. Goes in for springs, shocks and control arms this Friday. Bumper is ordered, I'll put that on when it warms up around here.

If I go with Rubicon wheels, what size spacers will I have to get?

I would have to know the exact dimensions of those rims including the offset and back spacing. I'd also have to know what size tires you are going to put on them before I could give you an accurate answer. All of these things factor into whether you will need spacers - or not.

I've heard it mentioned that you'll need at least 1/4" spacer with Rubicon wheels due to the design; without a spacer, they may not clear your front calipers. The offset is similar to stock XK wheels though (I believe within 1/4"), and most end up going with 1.5" spacers on stock wheels.
