OverHeating problem

Hello everyone i recently bought the Commander Hemi 5.7 2009, but i'm noticing that each time i drive a hill the heat immediately goes up (please check the picture) stays like this for around 1-2 min, then goes back down to normal, shld i be worried or is it normal?? i've changed the thermostat and the radiator but the problem remained the same.it's my first time that i drive an 8 cylinders car, so i don't know if this means there's a problem or not.

Sounds like you may have air in the cooling system. See attached on filling the 5.7 cooling. Also make sure you use HOAT antifreeze. Also on the 5.7 the cooling fan is driven by hydraulic fluid from the the power steering pump - check its level. There are many many other things that can cause overheating, possibly time to see a mechanic.

Had to replace the brakes - they opened more gas stations in town

Bleeding Air in Your Coolant System

There might be an Air Bubble trapped in your cooling system. Look for the bleed screw with the hex head. Open it and let it run and see if air bubbles com out. I cannot post links because I am a new member, but go to youtube and search for: WJ 4.7 coolant bleeding.
