Commander Hemi Swap

Hello,

I have a 2006 4.7 commander that I bought with a misfire thinking it was an easy fix. Later found out that the lash adjuster was frozen and the rocker fell off of Cyl 8.

I have access to a 2006 Grand Cherokee limited that was in a previous accident so the quarter panel is gone.

I would like some input on swapping the 4.7 for the 5.7 from one to another. I have been reading that its mostly just engine, harness, and accessories... possibly PCM. Any help / info is greatly appreciated. The sooner I complete the swap, the sooner I can lift it.
