Hi Bobula,, Watched your thread on the "Heavy Metal Spacer" and added a comment on how you rate it now that you've lived with it awhile. Anything you'd do differently if you were to go that way again? How's it working out as DD with bumps / pot holes etc.? Would you consider it acceptable for mild off-roading (very minor rock crawl / sand / mud)?
Appreciate any input as I'm thinking of duplicating your setup to some extent. (looks great)
    Thank you.

I actually installed an aFe cold air intake but thats it. Definitely a noticeably difference in throttle response. Still make no sense that I'm getting 15.6 at optimal cruising speeds and 14.4 at 80ish. Thanks for your advice, I'll be sure to let you know the results

They are completly safe for your engine and trans. Just make sure you use the tune for the octane you're using. Other enhancements that will help power is cooler thermostat, cold air intake and exhaust. You will feel a difference with the Diablo. You will feel more difference with more add-ons.

That all makes sense thanks for your input. Are there any risks to using the Diablosport tuner to my engine or transmission? Like possible damaging them?

Yes, my mpg did go up. Unfortunately, these things suck up gas no matter what. The biggest factor was the Diablosport tuner. I didn't buy it for mpg, I bought it for performance. Mpg is a nice side benefit. If you are buying strictly for mpg savings, you need to factor in the cost of the equipment to see how long it will take to recoup the cost.

    Goog luck

Hey I recently saw your post about getting 14.8 mpg stock and then 15.6 with a tune and new spark plugs. I have an 06 commander hemi with stock ride height and i get about 14.1 mpg at 80 mph. Any tips on which of those things improved your fuel economy the most?
