So, what's the real mpg on a hemi V8? I don't have a Commander yet, but gas mileage could put a damper on my plans.

13+ city (heavy traffic, toronto, Ontario)

Winter 16+ hwy
12+ city

Stock 06 5.7L. 70,000mi. Needs a front end tune up so I may still get +.5 avg yet. I also idle a lot, I work out of my jeep, daily.

The gas mileage is horrendouse......but it is bad in every model. I am a pretty tame driver and after a few miles on a used 06 hemisphere I am getting 13/18....maybe 19?.... but that is taking it easy
