I've got an 06 Hemi Limited, and just rolled over 100k miles. I bought this Jeep about two years ago with 70k and have yet to do any major maintenance or parts replacement. Despite all the cool stuff on my wish list, the wife has thus far made me keep it all stock. For you more experience mechanics and Hemi owners, what maintenance would you recommend? I want to keep this jeep for the long haul, and will eventually do a suspension lift/wheels/tires etc. Input please.

The Owners Manual (O.M.) has a maintenance schedule in it, go through it and catch up to anything that has NOT been done and is thus overdue.

Coolant life is 5yr/100k mi, if it has NOT been replaced, you're long overdue.

A thorough inspection will help to identify problems that need fixing or wearable items that need to be replaced. Shocks, SwayBar Bushings and End-Links, front differential mounts and sometime transmission mounts are examples of wearable items that may need to be replaced.

The O.M. will state that several of the fluids are suppose to last the life of vehicle, of course they consider the life of the vehicle to be 100k miles. So, I thinks its prudent to replace all fluids in a vehicle regularly, perhaps NOT every year, but every couple of years.

Brake Fluid, PS Fluid and Axle Fluid should be replaced.

Make sure to use the correct fluid that meet the actual spec of what you need, NOT simple any old PS fluid or Axle fluid. The PS fluid specified in the OM does NOT have an aftermarket equivalent, you'll have to purchase it at the dealer. Zerex G-05 is the aftermarket equivalent of Chrysler HOAT anti-freeze.

Thanks for the reply Mongo. I found where you answered the exact same question for someone else way back in 2012. Exactly what I was looking for. Much appreciated!
