Help!
My daughter has a 2006 Commander with the 3.7 engine that is throwing a "P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected".
It runs rough the majority of the time, and can totally die on her when pulling out into traffic.
I have changed all spark plugs and coils, and it seems to correct for a couple of days.
I am at a loss what to check next, and if I can't get this corrected, I'll need to bring it to the dealer asap.
Does anyone have any ideas what it could be, or what to check next?
Thank you very much....

I currently have this 0300 code but mine isn't dying when I pull out. Some here have said needing new spark plugs has been their issue. Mine idles rough. About to let someone look at it. Mine is 4.7 though. Good luck & please let me know what the outcome is.

Try turning off the traction control and see if it still dies.

If conditions are such that you would spin wheels trying to pull out in traffic, the traction control reduces power and applies brakes to wheels, if can feel like the engine stumbling.

Clogged air filter could cause this.
Dirty Throttle Bodies could do this.
