2006 Jeep Commander 4.7L, Broken Bolt At Coil Pack

Hello all! I tried to find a good spot for this, but it's not really related to the other threads here... So I'm sorry if this is the wrong spot.

So, the day started out good. Now, not so much. I have a peculiar problem and Google is giving me the runaround.

The bolt for the ignition coil in cylinder 1 snapped. All other cylinder bolts and coils came out fine (both above and below the coil pack) except cylinder 1. I loosened all the other bolts hoping I can pop the plastic cover back and replace the bolt, but now I can't for the life of me get this plastic chunk off.

2 questions:
1.) Can this be removed safely or is this a part of the engine that I really shouldn't tinker with without the proper knowhow? (I don't want to break into the engine itself)
2.) If it can be safely removed, how in the heck do I do it?

I'm kinda stumped on this. I'm 'self-taught' and typically avoid newer cars (yes, 06 is new to me haha) so this is definitely a learning experience.

At least you still have some stud sticking up.
I'd soak it with PB Blaster and let it sit overnight
1st option - put 2 nuts on there and jam them and try unthreading the stud CAREFULLY
The last thing you want to do is to snap off what's left.
Last resort, and I mean the very last, grab it with Visegrips and try unthreading it..

Lol! Sadly, there's no head left to it. It looks like there is because I lifted the bolt up and set the coil pack off to the side. The bolt is loose and wobbling around, but won't pop out... I am assuming there's a bolt underneath because it just won't come out. 😖 I tried looking up replacement bolts just to give me an idea of if there's something holding it in.. Which is why I was thinking about removing the whole intake manifold (only just figured out what that was) but apparently I need to remove the alternator and ac unit to do so. I don't think there is an easy solution to this.
I'm seeing the same thing on my #7 cylinder this morning. Instead of the nut coming off, the stud turned out, until it was loose, but still wouldn't come out with the ignition coil. I found an old thread that talks about it being captive somehow. I don't know how. Hunting for the same tip as you. I also tried to get a wrench on the hex portion of the stud, and couldn't manage that in the confined quarters either. I feel lucky I was able to get the stud screwed in again, but that doesn't solve my DTC.
