At least you still have some stud sticking up.
I'd soak it with PB Blaster and let it sit overnight
1st option - put 2 nuts on there and jam them and try unthreading the stud CAREFULLY
The last thing you want to do is to snap off what's left.
Last resort, and I mean the very last, grab it with Visegrips and try unthreading it..
