Can't say for certain, but, I'd agree with @Stircrayzy that it will most likely fit.

I finished up your profile signature for you - you were missing which 4WD system you had, I'm assuming it's QD-II since it's a Limited with the 4.7L V-8.

for something like that maybe a local pick-n-pull would be a good resource. row52.com can be a starting point to find a similar donor

Thanks for all the responses. After a little digging, I found that the Grand Cherokee does have the same rear. A local Auto salvage has several in their yard.
