Front Boston Acoustics change to a set of Kicker 6x9
Rear Boston's changed out to a set of Kicker Componets 6 1/2 and 2 inch twitters.
I also added a Kicker 15inch sub maybe a little overkill.
Still looking for a set of 3.25 to replace the boston in the dash
I mounted the twitters in the rear panel because you all probably know there really isn't any high's in the back of the commander. See the pics, and thanks for looking I will keep adding as I go.
All Bostons are for sale if interested let me know.
Next Project will be creating a fiberglass box for the Amp, and Carputer to keep them protected. Going to remove the 3rd row seats and use that space given that i never use the 3rd row.
I decided against the fiberglass box, instead I removed the third row seating and built false flooring. I also removed the 15 and replaced with 2 12inch kickers. I have also change to a 600 watt alpine amp for the mids and highs, and a 1000 watt alpine for the subs. Pics posted
I will post a pic with it completly back together this afternoon. Not sure why I didn't take one. Thanks for taking a look, and letting me know what you think
I think I may bok frame the sub floor and remove the braces. This will give me a lot more storage space for the amps, carputer, and whatever else I want to hide under it.
No need for an another battery everything is pretty low voltage and as long as you can deal with the lights flashing a little when the bass hits you are good to go
So i sold the Commander and bought a Dodge Ram with the hemi. That being said my carputer is up for sale. If you are interested email me @ brandon.cannon82@yahoo.com. I have another one that I am putting in the ram. Also the two kicker 12's are for sale as well.
