2011 East Coast Camp Commander​

For next year, it has been suggested we go to Uwarrie for our event. I think this is a splendid idea.

Please indicate your interest in attending. We need to do this in May due to the heat, so What would be the best week?

They have group sites so we should take a look at getting one.

URE is only 3 hours easy drivin' from Roanoke so I will most likely be there but in my XJ of course! I voted the middle of the month but I really do not care.

Google Maps says it's an 11h 42m drive from my door step, that's not too bad of a drive. Maybe I can plan a vacation around it and swing by during my trip. I would love to trail with you guys and have fun. Plus they have horseback riding trails, so my girlfriend will be sold on the idea of a road trip. LOL......

I've stayed at this one before it was ok. I don't see a reason to rent the place the heat should not be to bad if we go early enough IMO

I don't see why it would not happen. I mean stuff comes up and plans change for people but I would imagine it will happen.
