im installing a 4" superlift on my 06 commander limited. i want to put 285/70/18 nitto trail grapplers on it. i've looked at a lot of xd brand rims. really like the misfits but there is no offset on that style rims. should i get offset rims to make it meaner looking, also will it help with rubbing or any other problems. the parts for the superlift are 2 months out but i went ahead and ordered them. install should only take 2 days, when its done i will post pics. let me know any other tire rim combos you recommend

i think a 285 is gonna need a drastic offset to prevent rubbing at turns. you would probably require an offset wheel and spacers to run a tire that wide.

and with the stress that the 4" lift is already putting you might not wanna kick the wheels out that far. you'll be eatn ball joints up. but im no expert. im runnin a 2 1/4" lift with 265 terra grapp's on an offset kmc rockstar, and with the pinch weld mod it would be perfect.
