Does anyone know of a way to bench test the actuator motor? Is there a wiring diagram for the actuator motor plug? I know it has a 5 volt source but what do the other 5 wires do? Has anyone tried to replace the actuator motor with some sort of manual engagement system? I'm looking for a way around the $$$$$ of a new motor and the torid "Service 4WD System" display. :blueblob:

To "bench test" the motor, you'd need to have an oscilloscope, technically speaking.

If you're talking about simply activating it to see if it does something, I'd recommend using a multimeter to test between each conductor and the motor housing; if there's continuity, its obviously common with "ground" (negative).

Now I have no idea if the "motor" is actually a series of motors; an "XY" configuration, or if its simply bi-directional.

The manual came from a member of the forum in Russia; AByrvalg. He deserves a great big THANK YOU from everyone who's gotten a copy of this!

All I did was convert it and put it into a dropbox account.
