If it were true and that easy and inexpensive how come everybody hasnt don't it? My thoughts are its a scam and most likely might negatively effect the engine. I'd stay away.

I tried one on my '06 4.7 just because it was so cheap and it didn't work at all. I removed it after about 3 months of using it and I actually think things have improved since I removed it. Not worth the money.
