Ha right on, I agree it was like hell I will put on a spacer lift... to I can keep up with the moded Rubis in the Jeep club, what can I buy this month.
Slippery slope? There was no "slope" for me... it was 2" lift then BAM, jump off the cliff.
All the 2" lifts are similar, I like the Rocky Road but there really is very little difference unless you want to go with the 4" superlift.
Spacers are fine as long as you maintain them, the only ones that come apart are installed wrong or the owner went cheap and did not buy a quality spacer.
You can get 32" tires under a 2.5" lift, the wide tires are another issue.
Tire Sensors are available for $50 each as long as you get the ones for your year vehicle, they are not interchangeable. You must have the system as part of the vehicle to use the sensors.
Agreed, I just installed mine. And I think any lift you get the upper control arms are a must have.![]()
I've got the 3.5 inch strut fork lift and 3 in in the back. I also put wheel spacers behind the front to avoid cutting out the liner. I have the 255x75x17 Goodyear Duratrack, I've gotten alot of compliments on it.I'm located in erie pa, but now I'm thinking would 10 inch tires look stupid? Im a huge wrangler fan but as of right now I own a grand cherokee, a liberty and a commander ha. My friend who has a wrangler had 30x10.5 I think and I thought they looked awesome. anybody have any pictures?
