I've been looking for ways to change my interior look too, since I have the hideous fake wood grain. I have to agree that it does seem a bit plain just plastidipped, which is why I'm looking at using a carbon fiber wrap or something instead.

Yeah ive never been a fan of woodgrain wrapped plastics. My escalade has a lot of them unfortunately. I much prefer the carbon/black/chrome look ive got in my XK sport. Though the wood steering wheel and HUD are way better in the caddy... my XK's steering wheel is deteriorating and its driving me nuts.

I agree.....hate the fake plastic woodgrain look and as I've said many times on this forum, I'm not a fan of the blackout look either for the interior or the exterior - but everyone has their own taste.

I don't have any more cosmetic plans for my interior, pretty happy with it how it sits.

I do want to get a HAM Radio installed at some point, and I still have to get my 10 inch passive bazooka tube installed - but that's down the road a bit.

Looks good, I definitely want to do this to the piece of chrome that surrounds the gear selector. It often catches the sun and either blinds myself or my passenger ha.

pressumably thats a bass speaker? :surprise:
It's a bass tube - but instead of the passive Bazooka tube (with no amplifier), I wound up going with the 10 inch 100 watt self-amplified Bazooka Tube (PART # BTA10100) Here is a pic from my garage;

Oh. you had me going off on a saving private Ryan thought train for a minute.

how do you cope with that much bass while driving?

my Lexus has got a 300watt sub, when i play music loud i cant drive due to me eye balls vibrating. some of the stuff by YES has almost subliminal bass.

I actually find it quite soothing.
