Hi there,

I live in Germany and plan to buy a 2008 Commander 3.0 CRD. In meantime here is fully actually the CO2 diskussion! So I'm angry that in a few years I get problems with that car ... The engine, I think, is build from MERCEDES, and I have heared that they build cars with the same engine with the new "BlueTec" tecnology, which adsorb the CO2 emission...
Is there planning to integrate that system in Jeep too?

Thanks!

Hi envida,

thanks for that :) I have checked it out! Who say that: "In Europe, The Commander offers a V6 Diesel engine developed by DaimlerChrysler with BlueTec technology" ?? I live in Europe, Germany, but no Jeep-dealer knows anywhat else from the 2008 Commander! I'm still waiting for the 2008 prospects .....
