Once I get the truck back from the dealer, I'm gonna do some mods to finish this thing off!!!

Its goona spend it life as a weekend family moving device as from now on!!!

What combination of CAI and performance chip seems the most popular....i.e what is the best combination K&N & Jet Chip or is there a better combination?

I have a Startech exhaust to fit, the dealer will fit it FOC considering my recent parts problems.

Its a late 2007 5.7 Hemi, no lift (coz we dont have big rocks here), 20" Rubber and a bit of bling.

Cheers folks

K&N and Jetchip stage 1 is the best combo for the price. When you add the Jetchip stage 2, there are a couple more changes that you may require... one being only being able to run premium octane fuel.

I think that is personal preference, I have the Jet stage II for my Hemi and the AEM Bruite Force CAI

His setup is a sweeat one too... it usually comes down to what you can afford. 49ers is one of the best possible setups available. AEM Bruite Force CAI is the absolute best IMO.

I've been searching many American web sites etc from over here....I've seen the AEM BF....Question....do you get any vibrations from your CAI that can be felt from the cabin?

Cheers

I'm looking for the best option really, if it costs a bit more then I think it will be worth while.

And in anycase, it would be cheaper for me to have it shipped from the USA than to buy here in England as demand is almost ZERO over here for those type of parts.

This subject is completely opinionated, but if I had a HEMI this is the computer enhancement that I'd get, particularly because it is a programmer not a chip, and you can monitor everything on your vehicle!! also, you don't have to mess with the water leakage problem like the others have had to do with the JET. Best of all it requires no tools, just plug and play!

as far as intake goes, AEM is one of the best but I'd still prefer either an Air raid or an AFE set up...

Thats what I call a cool piece kit....I'll have to research that it will operate with a European XH Commander first before taking the plunge!

Thank you very much for the advice and the link to very interesting product!

Give yourself a pat on the back my friend :)

NNNooo problem, glad I could help! The hyperpac may be double the price as the regular JC, but it's way better! (to me anyways!) I wish they made a programmer for the 4.7!
