Hi, heated seats have stopped working, Chiltons and the owner manual point toward the CB2 (Circuit breaker 2, 20A) needing to be looked at. According to my owners manual is is in the little fuse panel in the footwell where I need to hire a gymnast to be able to take anything out. All I see is a mass of fuses with no indication of which is which. Can someone please point me toward where CB2 may be. Thanks, Allan.

try this link: http://content.chiltonsonline.com/content/images/WD/Chrysler/246/WD_Chrysler_246542.pdf
The link is from an online manual. It is on a Michigan library site:
https://elibrary.mel.org/validate?url=http://0-infotrac.galegroup.com.elibrary.mel.org:80/itweb/lom_accessmich?db=CHLL
You will have to login. Enter any 13 number combination.
I used to stand on my head too, then I discovered the entire knee panel is hinged. Now I just pull it open. Lots more room. Less worry if I drop a fuse too.
You should check the fuses and circuit breakers under the hood too. Some of the inside fuses get their current from the underhood C/B's and fuses. The front passenger power outlet quit on my jeep, and the manual pointed me to the inside fuse panel. Everything was OK there. I found out the power outlet was fed by the circuit for the trailer outlet, and that had a fried fuse.

Got it. Thanks. I had tried pulling the flap down but lost confidence that it was meant to as it was that stiff!
