Has anybody ever taken off the chrome button type plugs that look like they would be alan wrench fitting on the wheel mouldings ? And if so how do you get them off without damaging? Wow, these manufacturer's need someone with a brain to make these simple to remove, but I guess that's it, they went through the trouble of finding out a way to where you can't remove them without damaging something. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

They are fake and just for looks. If you take them off (I think they just pop off) there will be a hole where they were. Why do you want to take them off ?

Well you don't need to take the chrome bolts off because they don't attach the fender flair to the body. There are clips that hold the fender flairs on.

the flairs are held on by plastic rivits along the door frame and in the wheel well. The best way to remove is by drilling the centers out
