Custom Sub Box Help

Hey guys, i took out my third row seat, and and planning on building a custom sub box that will take up the whole floor back there. I want to put a cover over top the subs and amp, so it will sit flush with the cargo tray thing. Heres a picture of pretty much exactly what i want to do. Anyone have specs for the box? Any help would be appreciated!
