Ok I have my dyno set up for next Thursday. One full day will be set for maximum output for racing Friday night (Sunoco High Octane fuel). Second Dyno for the daily driver performance tune.

I will post all settings for each tune that you can copy and use for yourself.

Dual 4" intake kit (non CAI cheap deal)
BBK fuel rails
30lb, 42lb, and 60lb injectors will be run (just for giggles)
6.1L 'shorty' SRT8 headers
Magna flow mid-pipes
3" tubing
Flowmaster 10 series on each pipe
545RFE Tranny with shift mods (solenoids, plate)
33" Tires on 2" lift
93 Octane
115K miles on the engine

Repairs:(who knows on performance, but can't hurt)
Brand new EGR (must have it)
New PCV
EGR delete on the program
Catch can
new Serpentine belt

Dropped off the Commander, hoping to have it back this evening/tomorrow AM at the latest.
Even before the dyno tune all the little fixes I did (EGR, PCV...ect) made a huge diffrence in the performance! The drive to the shop was super fun launching at green lights, even got a wheel chirp.

Already planning my next upgrades: Transmission mods, Cam, new driveshafts and CV joints.

Well here is the results. I was really shocked looking at the numbers, absolutely not what I was expecting. Even given a very generous 35% (Dyno guy estimate) of drivetrain loss.
At the end of it I am only showing barely over 225 AWD HP at the rollers.

I will post the dyno video today showing my run at 130mph on the rollers.
