Installed the jet stage 1 chip and dynomax cat back last night. I am impressed with what seem to be fuel saving shift pionts and pass shifting. I should get the new 77 series intake today. If not, I'll never deal with amazon.com again. I've had problems in the past...........this is there last chance for me. The dynomax bolt-up flange is a shotty connection to the converter. I knew it would leak after laying eyes on it......it does. Any suggestions on a good sealing compound?

Curious? Why did you go with the 77 vice the 63? The 63 has a few more horsepower?

I put a 77 on an expedition that I usaed to own, and was happy with it. I guess I'm old school and have trouble going plastic over metal. I do understand the intake temp differences.....just like metal.
