Are these service contracts any good if they go out of business?
Anyone else get one of these emails?

I got a postcard from them a couple of weeks ago with the same deal #1. But my deal #2 is 50% off the contract. And I have a different phone #: 1-800-639-6366.

If they go out of business, no. But if they file bankruptcy for reorganization, or merge with another company, or are bought by another company, then the service contracts will have to be honored.

i was going to buy one. but when they quoted me at $1300+, i said no thanks.

all it would do me is

50000 more miles, and 5 years. i'll do 50,000 more miles in less then 5 years.
