Recently I was having issues with my power windows, seats, sunroof and heated seats all not working. They all went dead at the same time. After spending some time with a friend going thru all the fuses with a light we found the blown fuse. The fuse box under the hood to the right has a square type fuse which is marked in the manual as Seats. It's a square 40amp breaker on the bottom row its the 3rd fuse from the left. There is a row of 3 40amp fuses up and down this being the bottom one. Hope this helps anyone that may also being having issues.

It would help if you could post a pic of this fuse in the fuse box. Also, what model Commander do you have?
