It's been a good ride these last few years with the XK and I've had a lot of fun on this forum. It was tough to let go of a perfectly good (great) vehicle that gave me next to no trouble and did everything I asked of it. The last hurrah was Moab at then end of last month where, of course, it worked great. My Commander is on consignment at a local dealer now and I've already replaced it with one of my favorite rigs of all time - an old K5 Blazer I found in Indiana. It was a dramatic finish to an Ebay auction, but I won it and it's now in my garage! A '78 K5 was my first vehicle and I drove it into the ground over 9 years. I've always wanted another and I found a perfect example (this one's a '79). Thanks for all the great conversation and knowledge, I'm sure I'll be dropping in from time to time as it's become habit in my life.

Claims are made you need high lift, but I made it down to the toughest overlook with my 98 outback having a 1 1/2" australian king spring lift kit on it.

In my initial post to this forum back in July, I mentioned that I had overheating problems and that I was taking steps to fix them the best that I could. The steps I took included:
New Radiator
Flush Coolant System
New Thermostat
Change Oil
Replace Belt Tensioner
Even after these repairs I...
Have changed thermostat and water pump and tried to purge air out of system, but I have noticed that it doesn't look like coolant is circulating in radiator, need help please.
