i am a bit confused about whether or not the transmission drain and service is part of the 30K schedule B plan. i looked and it says at each 60K in my book. but i hear alot of people talk about doin it at 30k. i got the 4.7 liter v8. thanks

In my 2006 Owner's Manual it says to change transfer case fluid at 30,000 mi. for schedule "B".

The manual calls for trans service at 60k under sched 'b'
There is no service interval for the trans if using schedule 'a'
I plan on a 50k service regardless of service schedule.
I think 60 is a bit long......I think never is............good grief!
As 5253 says, probably the most important service is the transfer case at 30k intervals.
You'll note, regardless of schedule 'a' or 'b' the mileage doesn't vary.
