A friend of mine bought lifted Commander.

It’s 4x4 4.7 but we couldn’t figure out how much it has lift.

is there any way to find this out without taking the wheels off?

I was thinking of measuring the clearance from the ground to the car if someone tell us the stock clearance.

or if there is any other way.

18.50” center of hub to underside of fender flare is stock ride height in the front. Just subtract 18.5” from your current measurement to get the amount of lift.
