how would these fit on our vehicles. Stock suspension. Will be lowering in near future so keep in mind they would go on a lowered XK

@OrderSol

Your question isn't so simple, but, the simple answer is, both of those rims only have 4.25 inches of back spacing;

5 to 5 1/2 inches of back-spacing is ideal.

I don't think they are not going to work.

The fact that you're planning on lowering your Commander complicates things, as you will have even less clearance, then normal.

Yeah the front would rub on turns, wouldn’t they? I was half asleep last night when I posted the question and this morning in the shower I was thinking to myself they would be pushed out so much that the front would not clear turns. I need to find them in MAYBE 0 - 15+ offset.
Just my guess off top of my head. And just to put out there MATH was and has ALWAYS Been my worse subject. Just thinking about Math I start going crazy

What? You sure? I thought stock wheels were like +40 or 44 offset. Isn’t 0 right in the middle of the wheel n + goes towards the outside of the wheel n - going inward of the wheel??

I stand corrected @OrderSol ;

According to the link below, Positive 44 mm is the stock offset for a 2008 Commander on a factory 17 x 7.5 inch wheel - so you were correct;

Here is a very good tool that should help you;

No, I saw the post… I had already responded before you corrected yourself. It’s all good. Glad to know I wasn’t doing wrong all these years… haha but alright. I need to do some digging in this section to see if anyone else has posted pictures and numbers to visually see what I’m wanting to do.
