I own a jeep commander 5.7 hemi and my car is overheating any suggestions?

Im thinking its my radiator but cant see...

Welcome to the forum; Are you receiving any Diagnostic trouble codes in the EVIC at all?

Check your coolant level in the radiator; If your coolant level is good, the first & cheapest thing I would do, is replace the thermostat.

over heating stopped i believe the mechanic put the wrong amount of coolant / water into the coolant reservoir...
i will never let another mechanic touch my car again :mad:

Looks like i needed to add some transmission additive.... this fixed my transmission problem, my car shifts gears a lot better and my car doesn't overheat anymore:)

LUCAS ADDITIVE IS VERY HELPFUL
