Anyone have LED taillights? I installed some yesterday and everything went crazy. Blinkers only work when they wanted to, brake lights wouldn't turn off, esp bas Light came on in the dash. Switched em back to bulbs and all is well. ..... any advice? Just ****ty LEDs?

Did you just replace the bulbs with a led compatible, not a whole new complete assembly? Probably you just changed the bulbs, LED's draw way less current and the electronics in the car think the bulb is burned out and does strange things. You need a load resistor installed to make up for the loss of load created by the LED's. Go to a LED bulb supplier web site (like Superbrightleds.com) and they explain and have load resistors.

Yup. Load resistors.

That being said I installed cheapo LEDs in the brake lights and reverse lights and had no problems other than them being less bright than halogens. LED's in blinkers cause hyperflash without resistors. Swapped to 3457's and its brighter than stock now. Lifetime expectancy is halved though.
