The lights that are shown and linked to the e-bay auction are for the side markers, not the turns. They are a 906 style base, you will need a 3157 base for the front turns and rear brakes and turns.

I did pick up some LED's from the seller "enkmall" they had 36 standard LED's and were sold in pairs. The white led backups and plate lights were usable, but the red and amber turns weren't as bright as the stock incadescent bulbs. On top of that, the brightness difference between the marker (minor) and turn/brake (major) was only very slight. I wouldn't recommend using those.

The front side marker on the commander has a wiring layout that makes LED's difficult to retrofit while maintaining the stock function. The ground for the marker is actually the +12v line of the front turn, thus the reason it's on normally then flashes alternately with it's corresponding turn indicator. Most LED turn bulbs don't conduct enough idle current to allow this to happen, you will usually have to run a direct ground to the side marker while cutting and capping the green/white wire.

Great report BlackonBlack I did not know this but it sounds very logical ... I was thinking of LED's.. but maybe it's best left on the back burner for now
