Over the last month or so I have been in two situations where reverse does nothing. It’s almost like it’s in neutral. You can hear a slight spinning sound and it won’t engage. After first time I checked tranny fluid and it was a bit low so I topped it up. Let Jeep sit for a while and poof reverse is working again. Yesterday pulled over from highway driving to turn around and reverse is not working again. I shut jeep off and turn back on and it works? Checked fluid level and its fine?

The jeep is shifting smoothly and no other problems. I did have the N24 recall done and lost 4low and after two fixes from dealer its working again. I am wounding if this has something to do with that dam recall or if just my tranny is going
