The factory alloys had so much pitting and corrosion on the lips from the clamp on weights and the New England winters that it got to the point where I was adding air every couple of days to one of the tires. Gave me a chance to shop for new wheels.

I have factory-sized rubber and no lift, so that greatly limited my selection. I ended up with 17x8 American Racing Fuel wheels. Offest is supposed to be +25. The new wheels definitely push the tires out closer to the edges of the flares.

Now I need a lift and new rubber!

Looks good, and the best part is if you ever did decide to lift your Jeep and run bigger tires those wheels will work perfect!
