Hey guys, im new here!
Never joined a car forum, just bought a 2006 jeep commander limited with 133k miles for 4k! WHAT A STEAL, i never understood why these became unpopular, im an "Chevy guy", but man do these jeeps look and drive clean! (Poor Man's G Wagon)

Cant wait to learn from you Mopar guys! 😎☠

@EinsatzKommandeur8llllll8 Welcome again and thanks for making the introductory post. The Commander didn't become unpopular, there are plenty of people that are passionate about the Commander. It was only produced from 2006 to 2010. And in 2008 we had an economic downturn and at the same time gas prices skyrocketed. The Commander is not very fuel efficient and with the high gas prices most people weren't in the market for a that type of vehicle. There may be other factors, but that is my assessment of the situation. There's lots of valuable info here on the forum that will answer just about anything you come across. The forum's search feature is a great tool and is often a quicker way to get an answer to your question rather than waiting for someone to reply. Looking forward to seeing any mods you do on your Commander.
