I have slowly been building my commander and had always referenced this blog when needed. But now I'm looking at doing some things that I can't find any information anywhere so here is my introductory post.

So far I have done the OME HD lift. It gave me 5.5" in the front and 3" the rear. I did JBA upper control arms. I found a company that did extended sway bar endinks. Had to get new cadalidic converters so upgraded to magnaflow. Me and my buddy built a custom 3" exhaust using a 14" magnaflow muffler (only one clamp spot the rest is all welded). Oh and I added a snorkle and deleted the air box. Last but not least its sitting on the wrangler mud terrain tires and wheels.
Next on my list me and my friend are going to make tube fender flares and potentially notch out where the pinchweld is in the front. Between that and adding a 2" spacer to the rear ill beable to get this thing on 35s.

@TheWizard_OfWoz Welcome to the forum! I would love to see a side shot of your Commander to get a look at the lift and tires. How long have you had the lift on? With a 5 1/2" lift you haven't had any problems with your cv axles or drive shaft? Did you do a diff drop?

I measured ground to flair before and after installation with the stock tires the difference was 5.5 inches in front and 3 inches in the rear. I had the stock fender flares as well at the time. Lift has been in for about a year now and drives fine.
