was installing a temp radiator fan relay on 06 jeep commander .needed a hot wire for relay , connected to switch wire under fuse box .now no starter .what did I blow , fuse or a relay .I can jump starter to engage but car will not start.

Sounds to me like there's a strong possibility you blew a fuse; This thread & diagram should help you determine which fuses you may want to pull & check first;

There is also a possibility that you may have lost a ground somewhere.
