Hey guys I'm planning on ordering the OME lift. I read the post on the install and just had a question. I didn't read anything about it being necessary to remove the lower control arm bolt (clevis bolt) in order to install the lift. I had the RC spacer lift on a few years ago (since removed) and I know they instructed you to remove that bolt which I know all you guys know is pretty much impossible especially for us guys in WI. I was able to get the spacer lift on without removing it by compressing the strut and pushing the control arm as far down as it would go. That was a pain! Just wondering if it's any easier with the OME lift? And any issues you guys have with the steering rack after the OME lift install? Thanks!

You can do the same thing with the OME. I installed my bilstein 5100's with the clevis in place. Your going to need to make sure to have some badass spring compressors though, those OME HD's are certainly stiffer than the stockers!
