2007 Commander with drivers power seat only and no heated seats. The power seat will not move in any direction. There is only 2v going to the switch. If jumped the seat will move in any direction. My question is, is there a control module involved with the power seat? Being that there is only 2v going to the switch I would believe that there is a control module sending out insufficient voltage?

The seat is powered through Circuit breaker #2 (20A) on the Junction block (electrical panel just left of the steering wheel under the dash) The junction block has the fuse panel on it. It has 3 large plugs going to it, 2 in front and 1 behind the panel. Most components are on the back side - towards the firewall. Breaker #2 may be pluggable but may not be. A new Junction Block costs several hundred dollars. Did not see any control module involved. Open the panel under the steering wheel by pushing down on it - it is just held by Velcro - much easier to access the control panel and fuses. You may also have a broken wire or plug connection between the junction block and the seat switch. Hope you do not have memory seats as there is a lot more involved with them.

I found my pictures of the Junction block - attached. Also looks like the Circuit breaker #2 is on the side you can see without removing the junction block - side with the fuses. Quite possibly the Circuit breaker is pluggable. The JBC's (Junction Block connector) shown on page two of the junction block pictures are those 2 big connector plugs with all the wires, looks like Circuit breaker #2 is right there between them. You might also try reseating the 2 big connectors as the wire for the seat might be in one of them may have a bad connection.
