@Hey12I heard this was a daunting task. Everything went smoothly for me in getting all the bots off without lifting the engine. My problem is trying to get the pan itself off. I read through some threads but didn't see anyone explicitly explaining how to do so. If I missed those, please point me in the right direction. If not, can someone help?

The fact that this Commander has 4WD, has no bearing on the part of the job that you're interested in, which is how to get the oil pan off.

He also had some pretty good tips, about letting the RTV harden somewhat, before you try & put the gasket back on.
