Hello, my Commander is having some shifting problems that I just wanted some advice on. When shifting into gear from park it will pause as if thinking about it, then jerk into gear. If I press the brake pedal and leave it pressed the jerk is almost undetectable. It does not always do this, it is usually after its been sitting overnight. Occasionally when shifting into gear from park it will lock up the steering wheel, but shifting back into park and restarting right away fixes it. ALSO every once in a while it will enter limp mode right after shifting into drive, but this is more rare and is also fixed by restarting. When driving, it drives fairly normal except feels like it has a hard time accelerating. I scanned for codes and got P0700 (Transaxle control system malfunction) and P1790 (fault immediately after shift) but NO check engine light. My best guesses are either PCM is having issues or its a transmission problem. Any suggestions or ways to rule stuff out would be appreciated.

How old is your transmission fluid and filters?
The filter was cracked so the filter and fluid was replaced Feb 2020, this was done at a transmission shop. It was fine after having the filter/fluid replaced for a month or two then it started slowly doing what it is now, it's just been getting more frequent. Going from once every couple of weeks to now almost every time I start it after it's been sitting.
