I thought Jeep had claimed to have narrowed the fires down to a small group of Jeeps "not released for sale" and that was why the fires had so far been at storage areas?

Its a worrrying development if this was someones jeep being driven on the road and would suggest that the fault hasn't been narrowed down to a small group of vehicles with a faulty wiring loom.

I don't see anything to indicate that pic was photo-shopped.
As I suspected, that pic is definitely not photo-shopped - all of these pics are from the link in the 1st post of this thread; They actually came off of the Wrangler JL Forum:
