According to the parts catalog I have for the XK, they refer to those rivets with the numbers 6.3 and 6.25. Mopar part numbers are 34201621 and 06500911. Looks like one attaches the liner to the wall, the other attaches the liner to the arch part. I'd assume these are mm measurements and that 6.3 is close enough for both.

Hi guys, I need to replace some missing wheel arch liners rivets, I got this tool from amazon :

http://www.amazon.com/Plastic-Rivet-Setter-40-Rivets/dp/B003PF7140/ref=sr_1_1?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1308586603&sr=1-1

It has 10 packs from different sizes, but I want to know the correct size for the jeep commander, is it the 6.6 mm or the 6.3 mm?, I have no Idea how to measure them on my jeep.

Thanks a lot

I know you already have everything, but i use the ones from napa, plastic riviets part #770-2871 - it's a twenty piece pack for $5. And a plastic rivet setter from napa part # 770-2864 it runs just shy of $20.

I'll keep that in mind next time. I just replaced my leaking exhaust manifold and bought the rivets from the dealer ($4 ea) and discovered my rivet gun wasn't big enough. I ended up pulling with vice grips and pushing with a screw driver, it worked, but obviously not ideal.
